California photographer Lisa Werner went to Europe this mid year to meet with relatives, halting in France and Germany. Prior to the outing, she looked through a few old photographs from where she considered there from 1986 to 1987. She set herself the errand of re-taking photographs in similar spots, which, she stated, was shockingly simple.
“I just returned home to California after the end of the amusing photo project in Europe. I took 13 scanned old photos from me 30 years ago and went to see if I could find the exact places to photograph what I see right now. I hope to return in another thirty years! “- said Lisa Werner.
