Leandro Erlich – one of the most inventive artists on the contemporary art scene. It creates a unique installation that defies the laws of physics by breaking the usual sense of balance and space, and turns our perception of the real world. His work disorient the viewer, who gets into the environment, for a moment, confusing his sense of balance or space.

Art project “House of Mirrors” – one of the most popular installations of the artist. For the third year he exhibited in different countries of the world, consistently attracting attention to himself. In June and August of 2013 residents and visitors to the capital of Great Britain got the opportunity to make an unusual picture.

Looking at the picture, it seems that people fearlessly climb the facade of a multi-storey house, jumping from balconies and hanging from the eaves.

At first glance, this idea seems completely insurmountable, but in reality is simple to outrageous. Leandro took a large mirror and layout of the facade of the building in full size. The house lies on the ground and with a mirror creates an amazing visual illusion.

One of the most famous works of Ehrlich is a Swimming Pool – Swimming pool, built in full size and equipped with all the necessary attributes for the pool.

It seems that it is crowded shimmering blue water, but in reality it is just a layer of 10 centimeters, and the interior of the pool is empty and it can go by anyone.

These pools were installed at the Arts Center in New York and the Art Museum of the 21st Century in Kanazawa, Japan.
