Ten years ago, in retirement, a civil engineer, Vladimir Ovchinnikov realized that knows how to draw.

And he began “in a pirate” to create on the walls, describing their pictures of bygone days, recreating the city of the past. Two Borovska of different ages share the space of streets, crossing on the walls of houses. For a couple of years, a small town literally came alive on the flow of tourists, having heard about the “city within a city”.
