A man in Lithuania has shocked the internet, by using the shell of an old Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class car to make a luxurious looking supercar. He didn’t use plastic, aluminum or metal, his tool of choice was foam. The expanding foam he uses hardens quickly, to a dense light material that can be shaved off to shape.
We have to admit the result is somewhat impressive considering that all the man had to start with was the empty shell of an old Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class. And we also have to give him credit for coming up with an original design. There won’t be any police knocking on his door claiming he’s making forgeries, like what happened last year in Spain.
We only hope all the foam holds once he hits the highway. – motorauthority.com

Scrap Car Turned into a Sport SuperCar Using Expanding Foam:
Take an old car and killed trying on wheels. Oh, and check out my coat.
Getting Started with mounting foam. At first, it looks terrible, but it’s a creative process, which has its own vision.
Now the car is beginning to take shape. Here comes to help the good old cardboard, which I use as a stencil.
Of course, this is not the final color, but it looks good.
The main thing in a beautiful car – its shape.
It is very important to take into account the subtle nuances. At the same time changing lights.
Finally, this piece of iron acquires the features of the nobility, but the appearance – it is still far not all.
It’s time to do the interior. This is as a person: you love it, not only for what it outside, but also for some inside. Make everything is beautiful.
Oh, and in foam I added something to the strength (grandma’s recipe).
Boom! Beautifully restored interior. Here and manifests the artist’s attention to detail.
And here it is, my beautiful new polishing. Notice the wheels!
