Laurent Parcelier is a poet of light. In its sparkling pictures, the sea of sunbeams, the love of nature, quiet cozy places and a warm family atmosphere.
Laurent Parcelier was born in 1962, he studied applied art in Paris, then painted comics. And in 1996 I decided to devote the entire time of painting. Since then, he has held a number of exhibitions in several galleries in France and the United States.
The works of Parselier stand out among the traditional French impressionist paintings. The eye of the viewer attracts graphics, found by the artist during the creation of comics, and the scrupulousness with which his paintings are built. In them there is a kind of frame that allows the color, transmitted by a lot of soft touches, not to get lost in a chaotic abstraction.
Laurent Parsellier writes contemplative pictures that pour light and give the impression that life is an endless holiday.
