Beauty of High Speed Water Drop Photography.
Photographer Markus Reugels focuses on the latter, primarily experimenting with water drops. Through dizzying combinations of lighting, food colouring, surfaces (liquid and solid) and airstreams; Reugels creates incredible liquid art that occurs and disappears in a split-second, but is immortalized through his photography.
“Water is the element of life, everyone needs it to life and sees it every day. But if anyone has seen the most beautiful forms that can take water?
I’ll show you images that are all made with water and color. With the high-speed photography, it is possible to freeze these millisecond, in such forms exist, in order to present them in unique images.
In my work, I place great value on everything to photograph the way I imagine it. I do not use image manipulation that changes color and form.”
