“Full Colour,” an upcoming book from the photographer Will Sanders, is bursting with the vibrant people and places he encounters at home in London and abroad.
An admitted “obsession for color” has sharpened his eye for happy accidents — for example, a hedge of flowers he found in Peru that perfectly matched his wife’s purple hair — and has compelled him to revisit a vividly patterned intersection in Tangier that he spotted on assignment for T magazine.
Scheduled to be published in early 2017 pending an ongoing Kickstarter campaign, “Full Colour” is sure to be a bright spot in the new year.
The world in full colour by Will Sanders.
The world has become a spectrum of grey. We drive silver cars. We wear black clothes. We paint our houses white. WTF? When did we all get so boring? When did we let self-expression take a back seat?
What’s this all about?
Will Sanders has been taking pictures for many years. He has been shooting tons of images, for magazines, for ad agencies, and importantly for himself.
It would be an understatement to say that Will is addicted to taking pictures. However, there is something missing in his life. A book shaped hole to be precise. He wants to create a book and call it: ‘Full Colour’.
