Father-son duo in Hunan Province, China are building giant Transfomer sculptures. Made out of scrap metal and discarded car parts, these sculptures stand almost as tall as their movie originals. Judging by the pictures, Optimus Prime and Bumblebee are the biggest and the most sophisticated pieces. A life sized sculpture of Sam Witwicky is nowhere to be seen, a living proof that nobody cared about that character appearing in the movies.
With the exploding popularity of the Transformers films in China, this farmer saw an excellent business opportunity and ran with it.
