Better Than Mountains Can Be Only Mountains
Writes Ivan Dementievsky: “A selection of photos taken in different regions of the Nepalese Himalayas expedition in two months. Today, without stories, only a photo, but I warn you, a lot of pictures, very much!
Everest, the heart of the Himalayas. I was standing on a cliff near Kalapatare and waited until finally it gets dark. After a while after sunset, apparently the temperature began to fall sharply, began to come one after another few avalanches, and while I was away, the powerful roar of the falling snow and ice instilled fear. And it was strange to look at the lights of the base camp, the only warm and alive in this realm of cold and ice. All these people are obsessed with the idea to climb Mount Everest.”
